An investment consulting firm in Stockholm
As indicated by the firm's name, NordBrige HB is aimed to play a role of bridge between Nordic countries and China, through which entrepreneurs would be able to carry out their FDI (foreign direct investment) plan and do business more smoothly. NordBrige HB was registered in July 2009 as a trading partnership designed to provide FDI and international trade consulting service to both Chinese and Swedish entrepreneurs. Both of our two founding partners hold law degrees in China and Europe, and possess over ten years experience of legal practice in Mainland China and Hong Kong.
Partner, Master in Sweden
Ms. Xiaojing Liu's most recent position is practicing lawyer of Guangdong D & S Law Firm (China). In this position she was responsible for providing advice and legal opinion on direct investment to foreign investors. Her prior position was law lecturer and tutor at Guangzhou Judicial School, where she taught Foreign Invested Enterprise Law, Company Law and Contract Law. Ms. Liu's career of eight years of teaching and ten years of legal practicing build her excellent competence in FDI consulting business.
Ms. Liu attended a Master degree programme in International Commercial Arbitration Law from the Stockholm University (2009, Sweden) and earned a Master in International and Comparative Trade Law from Uppsala University (2004, Sweden). She also holds Bachelor in International Economic Law degree from China University of Political Science and Law (1995, Beijing, China).
Partner, L.L.M. in UK
Mr. Jianmin Ma holds a Bachelor degree in Economic Law from China University of Political Science and Law (1996, Beijing, China) and a Master degree in European and International Trade Law from Leicester University (2001, the United Kingdom). Mr. Ma was China Law Manager of K. Y. Lo & Co., Solicitors (Hong Kong) and Registered Foreign Lawyer of Ford, Kwan & Co., Solicitors & Notaries (Hong Kong). In above two positions, he was responsible for the management of Chinese clients and providing PRC legal opinion on FDI, international trade and cross-border commercial loan transactions to Hong Kong and overseas clients. Mr. Ma is highly experienced in maintaining client relationship and assisting client in setting up business presence in foreign countries and designing transaction model for clients located in different jurisdictions.
